    We have found that hiring always means that your teams are even busier because they’re handling their workload while getting a new member onboarded. There is a lot of time and training in any onboarding process, so it’s important that time is spent on the right person. That’s why we take the time and care, paired with our expertise in advertising, to bring forward candidates that will find their feet faster and contribute sooner.

    We’re confident we can meet your growing personnel needs. At Ad Culture we go the extra mile to hire for skills, experience, attitude, and leadership. We’re looking for intelligence, integrity, and energy.

    Every company is unique and each position requires a candidate with a particular blend of skills. Sometimes it’s a person who is highly specialized and a subject matter expert in one area or someone who has a wide knowledge base with the ability to see the helicopter view of the whole company. We’ll go through a discovery process where we unpack your needs and learn about your company in order to bring the best candidates forward for your consideration.

    We’ll start to put together a list of the people we’re aware of through existing relationships and our database of applicants, as we are always recruiting. From there we will start to have preliminary conversations with candidates that could be the right fit.

    After we’ve finished the vetting process, we’ll select the best candidates who we would like to introduce to you and work with your schedule to set up the best time. We’ll provide you with candidate summaries so you have a good idea of who you’re going to meet and can prepare any additional questions you may have. From there it’s over to you to decide which candidate is the best for you. We always strive to make your final decision a tough one. We want to provide you with the best candidates so you’re spoilt for choice on who your next Unicorn will be. We will continue to work with you until you’re certain you’ve found them

    We’ll meet with the potential candidates to go more in-depth into both their experience and expectations. We’ll qualify the candidates based on the skills you’re looking for and the expectations of the role. We also know that employees are more than just the skills that they can bring to the table, so we will assess how they’ll add to your workplace culture and learn about their working styles.
