We’ll go through a discovery process where we unpack your needs and learn about your company in order to bring the best candidates forward for your consideration.
We’ll start to put together a list of the people we’re aware of through existing relationships and our database of applicants, as we are always recruiting. From there we will start to have preliminary conversations with candidates that could be the right fit.
We’ll meet with the potential candidates to go more in-depth into both their experience and expectations. We’ll qualify the candidates based on the skills you’re looking for and the expectations of the role. We also know that employees are more than just the skills that they can bring to the table, so we will assess how they’ll add to your workplace culture and learn about their working styles.
After we’ve finished the vetting process, we’ll select the best candidates who we would like to introduce to you and work with your schedule to set up the best time. We’ll provide you with candidate summaries so you have a good idea of who you’re going to meet and can prepare any additional questions you may have. From there it’s over to you to decide which candidate is the best for you.
